The first part is the £99 registration. It pays for a strong double-wall packing kit and the cost of delivering that kit to your door before the run. It is non-refundable, and it is yours even if your move does not go ahead. That is the only fixed charge.
The second part is priced by the mile, so a shorter move costs less than a longer one:

- Large box: 15p per mile
- Furniture and large items: 25p per cubic metre per mile

Northern Ireland, Ireland and the customs picture
The rates above apply from any mainland UK postcode and from Northern Ireland (BT) postcodes. The corridor collects across Great Britain and Northern Ireland, delivers to Kraków and Stary Sącz, and arranges onward delivery across the rest of Poland.
For outbound moves into Poland you will need a passport or ID, an inventory of your goods, and proof of residence, uploaded to your secure online account.
